Fees

• Wire Transfer and ACH - NO FEE
• Visa/MC/Discover 2.85% (3.85% after Net 30)
• AMEX 4.5% (5.0% after Net 30)
• Additional fee reflects processing cost and time value of money.
• 10% deposit is required for all first orders

Freight and Shipping

U.P.D., Inc. works with various freight providers to provide the best available rate. Estimated shipping & handling depends on weight, length, height, density, and freight class.

Return policy

All claims and/or shortages need to be reported within 5 days after delivery. 10% Restocking charge for cancelled, unshipped orders. No other returns are accepted.
If the order has not yet been processed, order may be cancelled at no charge. Order processing time varies.

U.P.D. merchandise is only for distribution within the 48 contiguous United States. Certain generic or discontinued merchandise may be excepted, by advance permission only. Product assortments may vary from those shown and cannot be guaranteed.
